What's special about classes at The Bead Museum?

· Artists teach the classes.

· Authenticity is a key value of The Bead Museum.  We do not teach projects out of magazines.  We offer technique classes and design classes.  We care about protecting the intellectual property of the artists.  So original designs are taught by the original artists.  Exceptions are allowed if the teacher has explicit permission from the original artist.

· Students receive a 10% discount in the Store on the day of the class.

· Students experience the Museum for free on the day of the class.

· Classes are taught in a beautifully lit quiet environment.

· The classroom has lots of space for students to spread their work out.

· Teachers are dedicated to the class and are not interrupted by customers.

· Length of class allows for more in-depth instruction in technique.

· Teachers are experienced and give individualized instruction.

· The Museum Store provides loaner tools to all students.

· Several times each year, The Bead Museum hosts nationally known artist instructors such as Eleanor Wiley, Christ Friesen, Sage Holland, Beau Anderson and Jamey Allen.

· Free covered parking is available across the street from the Museum.

· We now ask for student evaluations of the class to ensure we continually improve.

· A portion of the class fee goes directly to support The Bead Museum a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization.
